Cancellation Policy: Refund conditions are described in the "Cancellation Policy" section for each product. If a cancellation request is made by the date specified in the policy, the specified amount will be refunded, excluding handling fees, in the case of cancellation for the customer's (traveler's) convenience. However, if the cancellation is made after the guaranteed refund date, the amount specified will not be refunded for any reason. In the case of cancellation due to the host's convenience, if there is a suspicion that a reason attributable to us has occurred regarding the provision of services, we will promptly investigate the facts and issue a partial or full refund.
