These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel packages, guided experiences, and custom itineraries offered by Yoichi Holiday, including seasonal packages, guided stays, and multi-day experiences.
By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms.
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit payment has been received.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via Stripe payment link or other agreed payment methods.
Because our packages involve accommodation blocking, activity coordination, and third-party reservations, the following cancellation policy applies.
Refund processing fees, credit card fees, and currency conversion fees may be deducted where applicable.
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial credit toward future stays at our discretion.
We understand that family travel plans may occasionally change.
Whenever possible, we are happy to offer one-time date changes depending on availability and seasonality. Please note that price differences may apply for new travel dates.
Date changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Hokkaido’s weather and snow conditions are part of the natural experience and may occasionally affect activities or transportation.
Activities, itineraries, or destinations may be adjusted due to:
No refunds will be provided for reasonable itinerary adjustments made for safety or operational reasons.
If a specific activity becomes unavailable, we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative whenever possible.
Some services included in our packages may be operated by independent third-party providers, including but not limited to:
Yoichi Holiday acts as a coordinator for these services and is not liable for incidents, delays, injuries, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party providers.
Guests are responsible for:
Guests are also responsible for any damage caused to accommodation, equipment, or facilities during their stay.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Yoichi Holiday is not responsible for costs resulting from travel delays, airline cancellations, illness, injury, or lost belongings.
Yoichi Holiday shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on recoverable costs and third-party supplier policies.
All accommodation stays are also subject to our separate Accommodation Rental Agreement and house rules.
Guests are expected to respect the property, neighborhood, and local community during their stay.
Participation in outdoor and winter activities involves inherent risks.
By participating in our packages and experiences, guests acknowledge these risks and agree that Yoichi Holiday shall not be liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.
