Hi, I'm Aki.
After spending 15 years overseas, I returned to Japan and rediscovered Tokyo through running.
As a tourism professional, runner, and lifelong traveller, I love sharing the side of Tokyo that most visitors never see.
This isn't a race.
It's a conversation, a local perspective, and a refreshing way to start your day.

Do I need to be a serious runner?
Not at all. This isn't a race or a training session — it's a fun and active way to explore Tokyo.
What if it rains?
We'll run in light rain. In the event of heavy rain or a storm, we'll either reschedule or cancel the tour.
Can beginners join?
Absolutely. Beginners are welcome, and I'll adjust the pace and distance to suit your comfort level.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes. There are coin lockers available near the meeting point.
Is the sento optional?
Yes. The sento visit is completely optional. It's a wonderful cultural experience, but not everyone chooses to join.
How far do we run?
Typically 8–10 km at a relaxed, conversational pace. The route and distance can be adjusted depending on your experience and preferences.
Will we stop for photos?
Of course. This is not a race. We'll make plenty of stops for photos, stories, and to enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
